Idyll East
There’s a coveted new address in the chic Turks & Caicos — the sun-kissed Caribbean hideaway long-favored by celebrities, sports stars, actors and the global business elite. Welcome to Idyll East, the latest luxury development from Waterloo Investment Holdings Limited, whose nearby Ambergris Cay private island resort has already set new standards for ocean-front sophistication.
Tucked away on its easternmost tip of the exclusive Leeward community of Providenciales, Idyll East features 11 newly built, elegantly designed and expertly-finished waterfront homes. Led by Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s Real Estate, Idyll East has embarked on an ambitious sales effort to bring this once-in-a-generation project to the world’s most discerning prime property lovers.
Idyll East is the aesthetic vision of leading design and architecture firm Coast Architects — masterminds behind the renowned Rock House and Wymara Resort & Villas. With its focus on sustainability, this low-density project draws inspiration from the Turks’ most important asset of all, its world-famous turquoise waters and casually elegant laid-back lifestyle. Balmy trade winds keep things cool while Idyll East residents enjoy the favorable legal conditions that have long made the Turks & Caicos a favorite for canny global investors.
Idyll East villas dazzlingly blend modern design with the Turks’ stunning natural beauty. Behind its contemporary, curvilinear facades are grand floor plans that maximize the surrounding turquoise waters, while making the most of the island’s enviable Caribbean climate. Working off an earthy, organic design palette, Coast-based Idyll East’s aesthetic in the surrounding natural environment is layered with elements of Caribbean colonial decor, along with ample tropical flourishes. A rich palette of materials — including hardwood floors and solid stone walls— provides strong doses of integrity and authenticity to the architecture.

InterContinental Turks & Caicos, Kimpton Turks & Caicos, and Hotel Indigo Turks & Caicos
Opening in 2027, three new resorts from IHG Hotels & Resorts are coming to the Bight area of Providenciales: InterContinental Turks & Caicos, Kimpton Turks & Caicos, and Hotel Indigo Turks & Caicos. Together, the development will feature 307 units. The largest of the three will be the Kimpton, offering 192 rooms, three swimming pools, and seven dining spots, including a rooftop bar. The St. Regis Turks & Caicos is already well underway, with construction moving ahead on its first two towers. The resort will sit on a prime stretch of beach between the Sibonné Resort and The Sands, just steps from the shops and restaurants of Grace Bay. The initial phase includes two 12-story towers with a total of 96 beachfront condominiums, and more residences are planned for phase two. The St. Regis also intends to open a casino, which would become only the second resort casino in Turks & Caicos.
Navah Turks & Caicos
Navah Turks & Caicos is a new resort planned for the secluded Northwest Point area of Providenciales. Touted as the Caribbean’s first luxury kosher resort, the initial phase will include 11 private villas along with a gourmet restaurant, tennis courts, and a beach club. Future phases are expected to expand the resort with a 35-unit condominium complex, retail shops, a spa and therapy center, and a cigar lounge.
Waldorf Astoria Turks and Caicos Dellis Cay
Set to open in 2028, the Waldorf Astoria Turks and Caicos Dellis Cay will mark Hilton’s first property in the Turks and Caicos. The resort will feature a mix of 175 guest rooms and branded residences, along with 62 dedicated hotel rooms and suites. Located on the private island of Dellis Cay between Providenciales and North Caicos, the property sits on a stunning stretch of beach and occupies the site of the former Mandarin Oriental Dellis Cay project.

Janu Turks & Caicos
Janu Turks & Caicos will be the second resort planned for the remote west coast of Providenciales and is set to be a low-density resort and residential community. It will be the sister property to Amanyara, a well-known celebrity favorite. Construction has not yet started, and there is no confirmed opening date or announced number of units at this time.
