The Villa is not visible from the road. A 100-meter lit sandstone driveway curves up from the road to an arrival court which features two covered spaces for golf carts. This secluded island paradise located on the North end of Columbus Beach features its own access to a serene and scenic beach. This private stone pathway to the beach allows guests to enjoy a fun beach day without being far from the Villa.

Waypoint Villa sits at 35 feet above sea level, giving guests an opportunity to experience marvelous views all around. The spacious pool deck and outdoor living areas provide ample space for lounging and relaxation. The ocean-facing infinity pool allows guests to swim freely and enjoy the breathtaking ocean air. The west-side of the villa which features outdoor living & dining options, also allows guests to enjoy meals while enjoying beautiful sunset views.
