This single-storey home also features a separate guest house for those who want to enjoy the company of their guests but also wish for privacy. The home is accessed via a circular driveway which is adorned by beautifully landscaped surroundings with local foliage and fragrant shrubs and plants. Guests with an appreciation for nature will embrace this cool and calming garden space.
Outside, guests can enjoy the spacious terrace where there are ample seating and lounging options. The circular poolside lounge with firepit is sure to be the focal point for night-time enjoyment. The shaded pergola and sun loungers are excellent spots to relax in between laps in the pool, which is adjacent to the water-side.
Below Deck has its own private 115-foot dock with ocean access, making it easy to chart an exciting boating expedition, just steps from the Villa. Sustainable living is a highlight of this waterside home.
