SPACIOUS INTERIOR – The spacious interior of this home is minimally decorated with attractive art pieces aimed at bringing focus to the stunning timber architecture. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room to enjoy culinary creations. The spacious living area leads onto the pool deck through tall sliding doors. 

Two bedrooms with ensuites are situated on the ground floor, on either side of the living & dining area. A master bedroom on the top floor is a wonderous place to get some rest and also to be immersed in the elevated Caribbean Sea views. The study can be used for work or converted into a bedroom.

GETTING HERE – The primary airport on the Turks and Caicos Islands is Providenciales International Airport (PLS), where most guests arrive. The private transfer from this airport to COMO Parrot Cay will take approximately 50 minutes in total. This includes a 15-minute drive to Leeward Marina, followed by a scenic 35-minute boat transfer. Options are available for passengers arriving at Providenciales International Airport (PLS) on private airlines. There is no airstrip in Parrot Cay or causeway connecting to other islands.
