Wind Chime includes a spacious living room, a modern gourmet kitchen and elegantly-furnished dining room. The outdoor areas are equally inviting with a dining area, a sunrise patio, pergolas by the pool & beach, and expansive ocean views.

The pool is created with all ages in mind; children can safely enjoy the shallow beach entry while the adults can partake in the pool bar. The infinity edge’s waterfall and pool fountains offer calming sounds to peacefully drift away into total relaxation. When your ready to immerse yourself in the pristine Caribbean waters you can stroll down the private footpath which leads directly to the beach. Here at the waters edge, you can either dive right in or relax with a drink on loungers.

If you still have energy to burn, you can visit the private gym outfitted with free weights, peloton bike, yoga mats and of course an ocean view.
All four bedrooms are air-conditioned with TV’s, WIFI and luxurious king size beds to provide the ideal retreat to rest for the next day’s adventure. Ensuite bathrooms feature rain showers, vanities and WCs.

A unique feature of this Villa is its use of clean renewable energy.

Wind Chime is equipped with six Tesla Powerwalls, charged by solar during the day, when solar panels are producing more electricity than the home is consuming. Powerwall then stores that energy until the home needs it, such as when solar is no longer producing at night, or when the utility grid is offline during a power outage.
