Entrance Courtyard: Entrance into the villa is through the courtyard which is off of the private car port. The courtyard has the first of two pools in the villa, this pool includes a water fall. Located off the entrance courtyard, is a Den equipped with a television and makes for a great outdoor space for family gatherings.
The villa welcomes guests into an open floorplan that includes living area, dining and fully equipped kitchen.
A Chef’s dream – this fully equipped kitchen, also includes a breakfast bar.
There is one Master Bedroom on the main level which enjoys sliding glass doors to the main balcony as well as ocean front views.
Pool Deck with a View – the second pool of the villa has spectacular views of the shallow bay. It is equipped with outdoor living and dining areas, a barbecue, and a seating area with a firepit and infinite ocean views. The slightly elevated position of the villas provides an expanded view of the bay.
Path to the Over the water deck: directly after the infinity pool, each villa has its own private path to get to the shallow ocean waters. The path includes at least two lounging areas.
Over the water platform: at the bottom of the path, the private over the water platform includes lounging area and staircase to the water.
The Bay: The water in the shallow bay is between three and half to five feet deep depending on the tide and the staircase goes directly onto the sandy bottom.
The Bedrooms: All bedrooms enjoy ocean front views with the Master Bedroom on the Main Level enjoying direct balcony access to the main balcony. The Master Bedroom on the second level has a private balcony while Bedrooms 3 and 4 have a shared balcony between the two bedrooms. All rooms have king beds with Bedroom 3 having two twins that can be converted into a King. And all Bedrooms have full ensuite baths.
