Festive Minimum Stay (19 December 2025 to 05 January 2026):

• No arrivals from 29 – 31, December, or 01 January
• No departures on 31 December
• Room category Tranquility Pavilion, Alcove Pavilion, Ocean Pavilion, Pool Pavilion, Ocean Cove Pavilion  and Deluxe Pool Pavilion have the following minimums based on arrival:

• Arrivals from 26 – 28 December require a 7-night minimum.
• All other categories require a 10-night minimum.

• Shorter stay dates are valid on above dates only as listed per room type and quantity.

Included in Room Reservation:

• Daily breakfast for (2) people, per pavilion
• In-room refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages
• Daily afternoon tea including pastries and snacks at The Bar
• Daily scheduled wellness classes
• Access to all non-motorized water sports activity at the beach

Additional Amenities for Three to Six Bedroom Villa reservation:

Maximum Occupancy:

Standard occupancy for Pavilions is up to two guests. One additional guest can be accommodated in the same room with an additional charge of USD 245 per night, subject to taxes and fees. One additional child, aged 4- 11, can be accommodated in the same room with an additional charge of USD 32 per night, subject to taxes and fees. There is no charge for children under the age of 4 when sharing a bedroom with their parents.

For Villas occupancy is up to two guests per bedroom, additional 2 guests can be accommodated in each Villas with an additional charge of USD 245 per night, subject to taxes and fees.

Festive Deposit Payment:

A 100% deposit is due at the time of booking, as of 15th September 2025, all new festive reservations will require full prepayment at the time of booking.

Festive Cancellation Policy:

All Festive Reservations become non-refundable on 15th September 2025. In case of a no-show, or early departure, guests will be charged 100% of the value of the reservation, including taxes. All cancellations and amendments must be acknowledged by our Reservations Department, or they will be subject to the standard “no-show” or early departure policies.  

Festive Season Mandatory Supplement

During the festive holiday period, special culinary events at Amanyara’s restaurants will feature elevated menus, entertainment and celebratory experiences.

The above rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees which is 12% government tax, 10% service charge and 6% facility fee. This Festive Mandatory Supplement is applicable to all in-house guests, and will include specified festive dining experiences, and festive celebratory experiences (excludes beverage consumption, and pop-up culinary events). Our guest experience team will assist with making reservations for festive dining and celebratory events to secure your space prior to your arrival.
